If you don’t like a lot of steps request a room with the least amount of steps. The food here is expensive but outstanding and worth the money. As I was eating the grits, thinking they were the best I ever had I heard someone at another table tell everyone they were the best grits he ever had. “Just checked in. So far, this is the best OCP resort I've stayed at. ( member resort ) Very clean, well maintained, no trash on sites, speed limit is enforced. Staff is friendly and helpful. My site is against the pond. Peaceful and quiet!!! NO ROAD NOISE!! MORE TO FOLLOW. Serenity at its best. WiFi is good. Verizon is fair.Waterpresure is 45 psi. Sites are level and not cramped. Sat TV is usable. Laundry is clean. No basic food available. NO PROPANE AVAILABLE. All services 15 min. Away. GREAT RESORT.”

“This hotel is gorgeous with stunning views to match. The rooms are all larger than normal with high ceilings that make potential noise from the other guest rooms non-existent. The size and space of the rooms make them feel more open and as spacious as they actually are especially with the minimal decorating style, so the room doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming in anyway. All of the rooms have balconies or a patio, so you can enjoy the view day or night. This hotel also has the most comfortable beds, with pillow soft duvet's and pillows that make you feel like your head is resting on a cloud. The bathrooms have very sexy (accurate description) glass rain showers, and they are truly glorious. The breakfast is also absolutely delicious. The beds are so comfortable and inviting, that you may not get the chance to enjoy the breakfast. The rates are comparable to hotels of it's caliber, probably in part to the focus being on your comfort and not the design, which is a plus, not a negative. The staff is down to earth and are just genuinely as nice as they are personable. So this hotel really does have it all style, beauty, comfort, and most of affordability, and I recommend the Lenape Heights Golf Course Hotel highly. As a side note, having professionally work for literally almost every brand over 27 years, I have also had the privilege to stayed and experienced each one personally, so I know you will absolutely enjoy your stay as much as I have, and will stay here every time I am in town. I would have added photos, but you'll want to see the view for yourself, and then you'll know a simple photo wouldn't do it justice.”

“We rented a two bedroom, two bath airbnb within walking distance to the slopes. The location was perfect for our quick family spring break getaway. It came with all amenities and even had a nice jacuzzi tub to relax in after a day of snow activities. Highly recommend renting this property when you have young children and want the convenience of being near the slopes. We will definitely be renting here again.”

“I had my doubts because of the very low price but it was directly across the street from the truck stop, and I was tired. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and, although it isn't a decor choice I'd have in my own home, the bright quilt and pillow shams were great. They really added some cheerfulness to set it above the usual dreary truck stop adjacent hotels or even the boring white higher end places use. The woman at the front desk was just as friendly when I checked in late evening as she was the next day at noon when I extended my stay. My only complaint would be that over enthusiastic housekeeping let themselves in an hour before check out time while I was in the shower. ETA I ended up back in town for a couple of days and decided to stay here again. Different room but equally clean and bright. Used the guest laundry this time. Front desk happily provided quarters, appliances were low end but clean and functional. Housekeeping as enthusiastic as before, but ya can't win them all. This place is now on my go-to list when planning trips through LA. One of few good, traditional roadside motels left.”

“I went this past weekend for a bachelorette party and had the most fantastic time ever! The price may see intimidating but is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. The food was fantastic every meal! The staff is incredibly friendly. There are so many activities to choose from. Our favorite handler was Amber! Shes very friendly, personable, and extremely good at her job! She was so professional I was stunned to learn how young she is! We requested her for our trail rides and was not disappointed. Ask for Amber and you will have a blast! Can't forget to mention how well behaved the horses are! They know exactly what they're doing and are very trust worthy. Don't debate about booking a trip, just do it!”

Absolutely worth stopping in for the driving range, golf simulator or axe throwing. Even hanging out for a beer or 2 is nice. Very friendly place. Certainly worth a stop in for someone who hasn't been there before. Hot dogs r great too! It was brought to my attn, I didn't mention how good the cod fish fry was by my wife in my post, it was the best in the area.....not super greasy like other places. Light and fluffy, and the baked beans were awesome. They taste homemade”

“The motel is in a great location, staff is very friendly and there's parking in front of each room with security 24h, something really important while in LA. The room had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, AC and a portable heater. The rooms were old and a bit of improvement could make it better, like fixing doors or windous. The Bed was super comfortable. The room was clean, but the carpet is very old and has a lot of stains. There's a bit of traffic noise, but nothing that will be a problem while sleeping, they also provide earplugs, so that's really nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the price is great, I would stay there again if needed.”

“I did not purchase any products - this review is based solely on the interaction that I had with the business. We were driving through town, on our way to our campsite and saw that there were a lot of interesting shops in Castroville. Seeing that I had my dogs with me, we thought treats would be nice so we detoured to investigate. When we pulled up, we saw that they were loading up their vehicle to prep for a huge festival. The owner stopped everything she was doing, to greet us and talk to us. She was going to go through her stuff and get my pups something. She then asked about allergies, which my sensitive boxer/pit mix has tons of - we found out the treats were not going to work. So instead, she tells us to wait. She runs in and brings us a set of holiday wrapped coffee mugs and a couple of tennis balls for the dogs. Unfortunately, we did not get to try any of the treats. But this is the kind of business that we should all support. Thank you, for making our stop memorable.”
