“We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Lovely little hotel with clean rooms, clean pool, and friendly staff (thanks Ashley!) Super accommodating to our sudden travel changes. Our toddler loved the breakfast, had all his favorites. We can’t wait to visit family again in Sauk and stay at the Cedarberry. I can’t mention enough how clean the place is! We stayed in a 2 queen, super spacious and comfortable.”

Just wish they had coffee pots in the room. They do have microwave and refrigerator, nice TV and cable system. Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports, a desk, chair and good bedding. Very much recommended for fellow truckers in Omaha area. Kudos and thanks 😊”

“Perfect for us! Easy to find from the highway, clean and comfortable common areas and bedrooms, beautiful locale, and the handmade-to-order breakfasts were absolutely amazing. The pipes/plumbing are noisy, and you can hear guns from the nearby shooting range during the day, but those are truly the only drawbacks.”

“Had a great stay. Was here for a few days and really enjoyed the pillows the most. I brought mine just i. Case, but ended up very happy with the ones provided. We had the suite which had the jacuzzi tub in the room. Everything was super clean and spacious. Had some minor things like the tub in the shower was a little clogged and the fireplace cover was a bit loose. No biggie. Breakfast was pretty standard, but we'll stocked. Hopefully the pool will be ready to use soon. Overall though, we had a good stay and would recommend.”

A logical frame of reference on where to start would be sweet. But I had a super time and met some cool people and did some awesome jumps and trails. I will go back there again in a heartbeat”

“We stayed here for one-night while on a road trip with kiddos. The hotel was clean enough and parts of the hotel are updated. Staff are nice, the hot breakfast was okay, but the best part was the pool and hot tub. While the area itself was older looking, the water was crystal clear and clean smelling. Temperature wise this was the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel pool. Usually the water is pretty freezing and I never want to get in with my kiddos, but not here! The water felt so nice in the pool and the hot tub was hot too (a little hot for me, but hot enough for my husband). I’ve stayed at two other Comfort Inns on this trip and we had the best indoor pool experience here.”

“I just store my RV here and haven't stayed here yet. But from what I've seen this looks like a great park to stay at. It's pretty clean except for the cactus area where the wild burros roam and do their business. But they're fun to watch! Dumping station and fueling station are a bonus on the property. Great security at the entrance makes me feel safe. And the prices are pretty good. The entire property overall is amazing. They did a great job.”

No need to drive up to Napa for great wine with this one right here. Everyone was very nice from the time we walked in till we left. “I think with this hotel you are paying for the location and the ocean view. Our room faced the ocean (it's across highway 1 but there is a crosswalk and the beach is easily accessible). It was nice to watch the surfers/sunset. It's an older hotel with nice character from the outside but the room was disappointing. It was basically clean but it looked like the sliding glass door and the track for the door had not been cleaned in a while. The door was difficult to open and the lock didn't work properly. The curtains needed a wash. There never seemed to be enough washcloths. The mattress was comfortable but older and little stability. We are not big on jacuzzi's so the large tub was just in our way. Previous reviews indicated there was breakfast but there was just coffee and tea in warming pots. Luckily there is a Starbucks within walking distance. Despite the issues noted I give this hotel 4 stars because 1) The location/great ocean view. 2) I was charged a higher room rate than what I agreed to on Booking.com. I didn't receive a receipt at checkout but saw the higher price when I checked my email. I called the hotel. The manager called me back, nicely apologized and refunded the extra fee.”
