“Sravya at the front desk was very helpful, informative, and polite. My stay was originally for one night I extended another. The breakfast is pretty good, many options. The location is not bad and just a few minutes from the airport with airport shuttle if needed. My room was comfortable and for the most part clean, the cleanliness I would rate at an eight there's areas that could be improved but overall I rate it an eight and will be staying here again.”

“Peaceful, convenient & spacious. We called ahead to check availability, 41' 5th wheel. Found the Park easily just off I-20 using Google map. Although no traffic noise. Great access. Management take care to keep this a nice place, many long-termers seem to be here (which can often lead to a poor quality place). Spots are wide and plenty long enough, (note though we are taking 2 spots in our photos). Good width between sites. Do NOT go on the grass, leave yourself room to maneuver, they want it kept well and so do we. We didn't use laundry etc Will def stay again.”

“Stayed here for the first time and will be the place we stay when we come back. It started with the very kind gentleman at the front desk when we came in Pierre Curd. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good stuff about him. The rooms were beautiful & clean. Was so convenient to get to the mall. The breakfast the next morning was so good and nicely done. Again can't say enough good stuff about this place!”

“I love this Motel. Pan the owner, is friendly, straight up and minds his business. The location is great, it's just out side of town on the outskirts. It's small and the cops don't patrol it like they do the Motel 6 and all of the other Motels in Watsonville, Santa Cruz and Salinas. Sure, it's a little out dated but if your on parole or probation and are trying to kick it or maybe your looking for a place to do a quicky and your boyfriend/girlfriend isn't comfortable at the other spots in town because the local cops are constantly circling the parking lots, so their performance isn't up to par (if you know what I mean, wink- wink😉) then this is the place for you! “My husband and I moved to Chateau Catered Living from the Chateau’s Independent Living when he became in need of 24 hour assistance; the move was much less stressful for him since we were able to still participate in the activities and join friends in the dining room, there were still many familiar parts and people in his day. The staff warmly welcomed us and helped us adjust to our new lifestyle; their care and caring way quickly established trust that we would be safe and well tended to. Their quick response and sometimes seeming to know there was a need before we did has never faltered. As I am in a wheelchair I have remained in Catered Living since my husband’s passing receiving the same quality of care; though my needs are much different I have confidence I will be well cared for.”

“I moved here three years ago and I absolutely love it! It has some secluded areas surrounded by the woods, a beautiful place to be. Especially for a mobile home park. No rentals out here. Only homes for sale, and they come up very rarely. I've known several people here that have been here over twenty years. Most people that move in here don't ever want to move out. It's the cleanest mobile home park I've seen. A wonderful place to call home.”

“The place was very nice, the staff were attentive and generally knowledgeable and kindly mannerful. However, as pleasant as the rooms were, there was an occasion when I unlocked the door to what I thought was my room and as the door unlocked, I found a man there, only to realize that I had entered someone else's room -- which means (let's do the math) -- either all the keys and locks are exactly the same, OR I was (accidentally) given a master key that could open any door...Good thing I'm honest and not a thief. Other than that, it was all very beautiful and peaceful and I had a lovely time. The food was excellent and I enjoyed the buffet and staff service.”

“I have to be real first time I stayed here was nice pretty clean bathroom was clean was not bad at all but the second time wasn’t good I extended my night got my keys re made left for awhile came back to my room and my stuff was moved someone took a alcoholic beverage of mine out the fridge I had, and most of all what really did it was there was a BED BUG in one of my plastic bags I had left there on the table with some of my things in it!!!! So that did it sorry I definitely won’t be back!!! I’ll be at the laquinta inn next door they are way better and their prices are very reasonable and good as well!!”

“Such a sweet, cozy place. Nested in such a pretty area, especially in the fall. Located close to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very attentive if you have any needs. The house was clean and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area. The hosts also offer 2 other houses on the property that are bigger, but the tiny home was perfect for my husband and I.”
