“We lived there for about a year; when searching for a mobile home park it was the nicest and most affordable park we've seen. The management keeps everyone accountable to the rules so that everyone can be respectful of each other in close quarters. I met many residents that have lived there for years and almost everyone is kind and looks out for each other. Even just walking my dog, neighbors I didn't know would offer me veggies from their garden! If you want somewhere peaceful and you're willing to follow the guidelines, this is the place for you!”

“Very dog friendly. Beautiful clean, quiet artistic rooms. I swear they have sound proofing. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. Inside restaurant is delicious, really good food and drinks! Would come back!! Parking is expensive though (that's normal though for the cities).”

“The song Motel is actually a pretty nice place. There's plenty of parking , you're close to a lot of different stores convenience stores Walmart places to eat. And the motel is set up like little Bungalows or cottages it's not like a normal Motel where you go and walk up a couple of steps to walk around the building to your room are all individual and that's really nice especially if you have children. The rooms are nice and it's pretty quiet at night I would definitely recommend this place if you're coming into town for a night or a few days.”

“Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Fernandina Beach, within easy walk of downtown shops, restaurants and the docks. We stayed for two nights in April 2022. Our room had a king-sized bed that was very comfortable and not too firm like most hotel beds. Everything looked new and clean and we loved the shower head. A/C and ceiling fan worked great. The room had a view of the pool and was pretty quiet. The hotel also has its own bar. Front desk folks and the bartender were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Fernandina.”

Many shops and things to do nearby. If you stay in a certain portion of the resort, you can see the fireworks shows.”

“Stayed at BCA while my husband was in Piedmont Hospital. Very easy drive to the hospital. Staff was easily contacted when I had a question along with quickly bringing me change when I needed it for the washer and dryer on the premises. These apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by a beautiful landscape not to mention the great smelling hair products and body was provided. I enjoyed my stay here and only wished they were not fully booked when I wanted to extend my stay due to my husband’s prolonged time in the hospital”

“Despite all the reviews that I have seen on here I don't agree. There may have been bad management before but you can really see a turn around between the customer service and house keeping! Liz the young lady at front desk made sure that everything we needed was accommodated and the head of house keeping Charles I believe was his name made sure that the rooms where great and all linens were fresh and attended to any issues that we had. I will be recommending this place for all my family and friends that come to town needing a stay for the night.”

Love this place been staying here since I was a kid always drive to California to Santa Monica we stay at this hotel it’s a blast to the past but that’s OK if you’re looking for modern amenities this isn’t for you but if you’re looking to be part of history this is it.”

“Me and my husband got married her in may, it was perfect! Let me just start out by saying the venue is beautiful. Our wedding didn’t go as planned by a long shot, but that was because of some weather issues that arose the night before causing a power outage. As soon as it happened Kathy was in contact already working on a back up plan. Her and her maintenance crew were out there first thing in the morning getting things back in place. She was so accommodating, and kind. She kept her cool and kept finding ways to keep things running smoothly! But like I said the venue is breathtaking and the perfect spot of your planning a rustic wedding and the guest house is beautiful as well!!”

“Everyone was super friendly, it's the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at with a regular, normal hotel price. The convention center is a unique experience... imagine hanging out in a giant's bedroom... the room my group was in was huge with a 3 story high ceiling. Workers took care of any difficulties immediately, and even shuttled me from the parking lot when I had to park kinda far from the entrance. Great experience!”
