Customer service was great and the activities for kids in the hotel is worth it. “This place was really surprising. It had everything I needed for an extended stay for work but so do other “extended stay” hotels- however- I seriously doubt any of them could beat the fantastic service and amazing people who work here. I was fortunate to stay here 2x recently and both times were great. The beds are actually comfortable and they give you plenty of fluffy pillows!!! The climate control actually works and the water pressure is great! There is not one bad thing that I can say about this Sonesta. I will give a shout out to management because you have compiled one hell of a team working there! Everyone who I encountered that works there had amazing attitudes and were just very hospitable!!! I am very impressed!”

Even the outside is beautiful to see if you take the opportunity to walk around. Close to a large local park, aquatic center, and other recreational spaces. “I stayed at the Grand hotel twice. Once in 2004, once again a couple years ago. I used to live in Bolinas in 1978, and I loved it there. I'm right now in dumpy old San Francisco, and I went up to Bolinas to get some peace and quiet. I also tried finding a motel in Sacramento, I couldn't find anyplace. Bolinas is about the only place I feel comfortable, anyplace else, no. I like the people and the scenery of Bolinas, but I can only go up there when I have the money. The main reason I go to Bolinas is to see if I can find some old friends, but out of all hotels I stayed, the Grand hotel is the nicest. Nice rooms, well kept, like living in the countryside. Both those times I stayed at the Grand, I was the only one there. In 2004 I stayed in the big room to the right, couple years ago I stayed in the small room on the left, I like the small room better. I hope it doing ok Victor. I miss Bolinas, and I hope to be back someday. Signed Shaggy”

“Looking for a place for my dad... We knew we had found it when we visited the park and then we met Chris and we knew it was the perfect place. Chris (manager) brings such a sense of warmth and soul to the entire park. She works tirelessly to ensure that the residents get meals during the holidays, she goes above and beyond for the residents and truly cares about her neighbors and the park. My dad can not say enough amazing things about Paradise Village. He loves how quiet the entire community is. The trash cans are your typical dumpsters with the sliding door and are very easy accessible. All the neighbors are so friendly when we pop by. This has been the best decision we made for my dad. I'd recommend this community and the management to anyone. It's clean, well maintained, and the management has is amazing at communicating with the residents. There's always a friendly Wave when we drive by, if you're looking for a place for your loved one, this is it.”

“Room was nice and clean and comfortable for our stay. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Walls were a bit thin and you could easily hear other guests next door but they could have been talking super loud. It was 11pm but we’re heavy sleepers so it wasn’t too bad. Only thing is that the green tree inn official website says breakfast is open until 10 when you click on the sky Harbor page and we got in late the night before so we went down at 9:30 to grab something quick to find out it closed at 9. There was no information card inside the room and we were not informed so we had to rely on the official website which was wrong and not updated. Little disappointed but other than that the room is great UPDATE: pool is also closed. No one told us. We got dressed and headed down excited to be disappointed. I work at a pool so I understand but the pool skimmer was left in the pool as if someone just gave up on it and it was kinda a let down on top of the breakfast time change”

“It's literally across the street from Disneyland. Price to distance from Disneyland ratio cannot be beaten. It's not a 5 star hotel so of course there are downsides. The vending machines only seem to take $1 bills, so it's hard to get water. I don't really carry cash anymore so it was a bit of a pain. Wish they took credit cards. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the outside traffic. You can also hear your neighbors and their kids. The bed doesn't provide the best comfort. The water pressure from the shower isn't great either. But the staff is friendly. Room is spacious and pretty clean. The location cannot be beaten. Loved being able to just walk to Disneyland or Downtown Disney whenever we wanted to. It's nice to be able to just walk 7 mins back to the hotel when we're super tired from spending the day at Disneyland. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Disneyland.”
