“We have lived here for about 5 years choosing the lease to own program. It has been very nice and peaceful, especially seeing as how this is a mobile home park. It did make us worry at first, but have had no issues with our surroundings neighbors. Stacy has been so nice and very helpful. She stays very busy so if you don't get an answer when calling leave a message, she will call you back! They have a new lawn maintenance which makes the over all property more appealing. They try to keep the area looking nice. Look forward to seeing future changes and upgrades. Please keep up the good job.”

“Stayed here for two weeks!! Beautiful park- a short walk to the lake - huge property with lots of room to wander. A nice young lady checked us in and luckily we did not encounter the issues some of the other reviews encountered. I’m guessing that the day we checked in the difficult lady had the day off? Anyhow we very much enjoyed our visit! Perhaps if anyone who manages the park reads the reviews that will talk to the park employees about customer service?”

“VERY, VERY DATED. However, we were there for a holiday party and food was very good. Desert followed dinner but no coffee/tea was offered until all deserts were served. I think most people enjoy coffee towards the end of their meal and refreshed with desert. If may have been a shortage of staff, however, staff was very accommodating. Coffee pots placed at each table would have helped.”

I will definitely be returning for a stay at his condo specifically. Also the location is amazing, access to the beach and a pool on site and the condo itself has a nice beach view. Home is what you make of it. don't depend on other's for your self peace. I helped with maintenance and snow removal as I lived in there. I still have to say. Great place to live. “I had a wonderful stay at the Edgewood Inn B&B in Woodland Park, CO. The Inn is gorgeous with a fantastic view of Pikes Peak. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are delicious. And best of all the hosts, Kathy and Dean, are gracious and accommodating. I can't picture a more wonderful place to have a wedding or other memorable event or just a great place to relax and enjoy Colorado.”

“Kastanek Plumbing is the only plumber I use for all of my plumbing needs - both for our home as well as our numerous investment properties. His prices are reasonable, and he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. When we've had a leak that required cutting into drywall, he's made the holes in such a way that the drywall is easily repaired afterwards by my handyman. If things get messy, he always tidies up behind himself. We've used him to install several hot water heaters now - at least five. As we have a vacancy, we're updating all of the shut off valves to the newer quarter turn style. IN some cases, there's no shut off's and we've had them installed. He's had to move two claw foot tubs to do this very thing, and those suckers are heavy! He's replaced several toilets and connected all the plumbing after we've replaced counters and cabinetry. He's also the guy we call when the gas stove's have to be re-connected after new flooring has been installed. Kastanek Plumbing gets a full five star rating from us!”

“We stayed in a 2br suite for six days. Rooms are comfortably modern and extremely clean. Staff was always professional, prompt, and helpful. A great location close to shops and nightlife, but tucked away from the main drag. Great for a short or extended stay, or a weekend "away" in your own town. Only downside, guest laundry does not have hot water and the dryer does not seem to get hot either. It should be updated.”

“I have had this subway make the big subs for 2 events I've had recently. Both times everything was perfect and such an awesome deal to feed a lot of people for not a ton of money. Most other subways dont do the large subs anymore and try and sell you platters which are not even a decent deal. I appreciate you guys and I will be back in the future for more 5fters”
