“Its the last motel in Hamilton period. It has a lot of historical value and I personally have a lot of history there period, some good some bad but the good outweighs the bad 4 me. They did an amazing job remodeling it a few years ago and its actually pretty decent there now. It's got a bad reputation over the years but it all depends on how you are acting and what you are doing as to whether or not you would get pulled over and or arrested there. Common sense people.”

“I am a big fan of this place. My husband and I have been here for a while. The employees here are some of the friendliest and helpful people we have met since coming here to Texas. We have been in a few situations that needed a bit of understanding, and have been blessed by the people here. I appreciate this place and all they offer. Having a stovetop and full sized refrigerator is a massively significant positive benefit to being here. Having a 24hr laundry facility is also wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay for either short or long term.”

“This was one of the cleanest places I have seen. The management was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a handicap accessible room because my husband is in a wheelchair. “This place is always spotless! The rooms are incredibly clean, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional! The location is perfectly placed off of Interstate 275 so that you can go to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, etc. All rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator. The Cracker Barrel Restaurant is next door, and there are other restaurants and shopping on the same street. The location is not far from various beaches and other attractions. This is truly a superior hotel/motel!!”

“I absolutely loved staying here! The owners are wonderful people. Had an electrical problem with my camper late in the evening so the owners stayed with me for a few hours to actually fix the problem. They are always on top of issues and good at responding quickly. The campsite is kept up very well and clean. The land is beautiful and the animals are a big plus for families with children. The "wash house" is clean and updated. It's a simple place and quiet, perfect for someone looking for peace. If I ever had to move back in the area, this would definitely be my first choice.”

“We had a very nice stay at Staybridge Suites in Fort Wayne. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and staff at the breakfast bar we're all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and updated. Breakfast has a lot of great choices including healthy ones. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom for your towels. Also in our suite there were handles on the inside of the bedroom double doors but not on the outside which made it hard/awkward trying to shut the double doors when others were still sleeping.”

“My elderly father moved from out of town to be near family a few years ago. Garden Walk was home for dad. He loved his two bedroom apartment. It was clean, nice floors, nice kitchen, overall a quaint quiet place. The facility was well managed, the grounds taken care of, a playground was available when my kids came to visit their grandfather, and the facility was srict about being out on the playground at all times with a parent, which we were impressed with. The office staff was always available during business hours - over the phone or walk in. The staff worked with us when dad passed and was genuinely concerned for him and our family's needs. I would recommend Garden Walk Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.”

“HomeProAmerica built a new composite deck, which turned out beautifully, they were timely, and cleaned up afterwards and our new deck is wonderful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that someone was suppose to come back and cover the exposed footings and we have not gotten a response from them since January 2021, after reaching out several times. The exposed footings look awful.”

“Lived here in a 1 bedroom appartment for almost a year in 2017 with me and my girlfriend. They're good, decent sized appartments for a really nice price. (I believe i was paying $550, not including utilities). The women at the front desk are extremely patient and understanding. Especially when i broke my lease like a stupid, immature 18 year old who had no idea how to live on their own. They call you when they do matinence, and I dont believe they ever came into my apartment without notice. I never had any sort of bug issue, even though I wasn't a very clean person back then. the ONLY thing is that when its summer time, it gets HOT. I only had a window AC unit that kept the kitchen cold, but if you have a fan or something its much more bearable. I feel horrible for messing up my lease with them. I highly reccomend these appartments to any beginner renter, or someone just looking for budget homes.”

“I visited back in 2015, and the hotel itself was very good, for the price! The location was also top-notch. The only downside was that the beds were quite hard, but maybe that has changed half a decade later. Also, how come it says it costs $893 to stay one night on Google Maps? That’s obviously incorrect, because the price was over $800 less from what I remember. Anyways, if you want a good location near all of the attractions, and you don’t want to throw your money out the window, this is a good hotel.”

“We rented a large cabin and the place was great. Just be aware that the cabins are 1 room so there where 5 bunk beds and a single bed in an open area. They are doing some construction in the park but the noise was limited to earlier daytime. Very quite park. I believe all the sites have lake access. As well as drinking water. Keep In mind that it's about 50yrd to the water so a heavy kayak will be tough but a boat ramp is also in the park. One of the nicest I've seen. 3 ramps total and I had to leave 3 nice kayaks with motor and batteries and fishing gear there for several hours as we were packing up to leave and a storm popped up. To my surprise everything was still there. One of the hidden gems. It's very affordable fun for the whole family. Or could be a Romantic getaway for the parents. Locals tell me they are gonna start allowing private docks on the lake and if so this treasure will be gone. So go soon. Oh and the store and grill at the end of the road is good. They have a little outdoor shop connected to it as well and if you need tackle or anything and that is closed they will open and allow u to go in. Nice people running the park. We had to upgrade from a small to a large cabin and they handled that perfectly. Also my water pump went out on my truck so had to replace that at the cabin and took a little while extra but I called the ranger and since there was nobody behind us they allowed us to use the cabin while I fixed my truck since it started storming. They could've easily charged us another day but did not. So if your on the fence about this one book it.”
