“We stayed at the Rooftop Aerie this past March. Such a spacious and beautiful property! The owners are so nice and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to let my nephew ride their pony, which was the sweetest thing. Staying at this property is so much better than staying in a hotel as it is welcoming, homey, and just lovely! It's also set in the country, not to far from downtown Monroe, which was nice as it was just close enough, and the drive was not bad at all. Do yourself a favor, and book with the Rooftop Aerie...you will not be disappointed!”

“I enjoyed my stay at this La Quinta Hotel! This was my second time staying here. It has a great location close to the Metro Detroit Airport and car rental return. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean! Front desk staff are friendly and helpful! There is a Bob Evans Restaurant right next door within walking distance. The hotel is also close to a gas station and a Starbucks if you need those before you head out. I look forward to my next stay here!”

“It's a small casino. All you people complaining about the place are not use to enjoying an old school casino. The place has everything other casinos has just smaller. I win all the time. They got machines real money drops out . Lot of history there. Food is great. You can wash your cloths there. It's a fast stop get off the road hotel. “My husband & I got married here on May 27th, 2021. The guy at the front desk in the hotel office was very nice. The few staff members I saw were very nice too . The hotel room we were in was big and cozy. We had a beautiful view of Lake Travis in our wedding photos. Our wedding coordinator Megan was amazing at her job. The ceremony and reception was gorgeous. The food was incredible. I would recommend to anyone.”

“This building is older, but spacious. It is great for families to gather and meet and share time together. We had about 6 or families. There are nine rooms and 6 restrooms. My family of five were housed in a room with two queen sized beds and a connecting restroom. The best part is the kitchen and the fellowship hall. My grandchildren had room to run. They loved going up and down the stairs. If you don't have the ability to climb stairs, this may not be the best place for you.”

“Perfectly clean and comfortable. We had the “Beach House” room overlooking the river. There are chairs and tables right outside your door for a peaceful view. A convenience store is very nearby as are restaurants. Private entrances to each room. The room has cute and pleasant beach decor and is cool and light. Even though you are on the tourist strip it is quiet. Check-in with our kind host was very easy. We will be back!”
