I said, lose weight, have fun, learn a new sport and hit a bag as hard as I can. Frank's response was...you have come to the right place. Sure enough, he was spot on. The staff is super friendly, the place is immaculately clean and it's a very family friendly atmosphere. So happy I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. “Easy to find. Close to shopping and restaurants. The room (and hotel) were clean. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly when we did. Bed was comfortable (firm mattress). I read a previous review that the website lied about having a pool. No idea where this comes from since there is a pool and hot tub (looked clean but no time to use). The parking lot was pretty full, but we never heard anything from anyone (nice, quiet stay). Typical hotel breakfast. Only compliant is it took a bit for the shower to heat up. Price was worth the stay. I would definitely stay here again.”

“From the moment I stepped in to the hotel I was treated with nice greetings from the staff at the front desk, the check-in process was quick and easy, when I got to the room I was in awe of the amount of space the room offered. After a long exhausting day of walking around the French quarter I immediately plopped on the bed so fluffy it was made of marshmallows. The pool was suburb, clean well-tended to, the next morning i was treated to a delicious breakfast by the culinary staff, from the fluffy eggs to the tasty potato wedges to the freshest fruit life has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place a stay in New Orleans.”

“This is an incredibly beautiful place. It is on a peninsula into the reservoir with most sites having nice views. The roads are somewhat tight , but very doable. We never used the amenities so I cannot comment other than they look nice from the outside. The reason for 4 stars is due to noise. We like quiet camps and this location has too many people wanting to party. Also, there was a band at the marina which played until 11 pm. Even if there is no band at the camp or marina, many campers play their own music until curfew. The camps quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. We admit we are early to bed and early to rise. If you like music and noise until 11 pm, you would likely give this camp 5 stars. However, we cannot.”

“This is a great hotel with much to be desired... beach is literally across the street, beautiful pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants! Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was some confusion upon check in, and they immediately rectified it! I would have rated 5 ⭐️‘s except for the rude Valet. When we checked out, my wife tipped valet on the front end. He walked the 50 yds to get our vehicle, then left it in the rain. We had to move our car under the awning, and load our own luggage. (Yes... I know that sounds entitled, but my wife is oxygen dependent and requires extra time and help.) In addition to the nonexistent customer service, he then told me, (not asked), to move our vehicle, as someone needed to check in, and get out of the pouring rain. “Really... you need to tell me it’s raining... My clothes are wet!” A very bad way to end an otherwise great stay.”

“Stayed in this hostel from 29th December 2014 to 1st January 2015. Great place to meet a lot of people from all parts of the world. The hostel is right on Ocean Drive, so you can walk to the beach/ pubs whenever you want to. Staff is friendly and the dorms are cleaned everyday. Excellent place for students !”

“Passing through heading back to NC. This place looked the best at affordable rates. We were so tired and needed to sleep. Service was great. Rooms were clean and good size. We got the king room. Lighting was a little dark overall especially in the bathroom. But they did have a fan. I don’t get why so many hotels don’t put fans in the bathroom. Makes zero sense. Anyway, lots of food near by too which was a plus. Ample parking. Decent area. Some of the other hotel reviews were not good like getting their stuff stolen. I wish breakfast was served until at least 10. Always ends at 9. We’re usually sleeping. I also wish all hotel check outs were at 12. 11 is so early. Many hotels do a noon checkout. Should be universal. Overall good hotel.”
