“I’ve been camping here for 15 years. I love it. Camping in October is the best. Some kids on their electric bikes go way too fast tho. That is the only downside.”

“What makes this hotel great is its staff! Petra at the front desk made our stay wonderful and welcoming! She is on top of things making sure we are comfortable. There is no doubt that what makes a good hotel its their people! The hotel facilities in general were good for a 4 start hotel, the rooms needed a bit of updating and cleaning to the basics there is room for improvement in this area. The elevators were fast We had a wonderful view just across the World Trade Center. The location is perfect for enjoying restaurants and shops and it was easy to take the sub, a taxi, or a Ferry. The Brooklyn Bridge is a 10-minute walk, 1 minute across there is Brookfield Place with amazing shops and food. Taking a coffee and a walk by the water was great! We recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely come back when in NYC”

“This place is my happy place!. My fiances family owns a lot up here and we visit every summer. This place is very well maintained and managed nicely. The have a nice little gift shop in their office where you check in and an onsite bar, which is great if you just want to relax. It is clean and there is never any rif raff going on. Everyone is friendly and you can catch just about any type of fish up here. There is a spot to clean your fish and a nice public shower and restrooms....or if you gotta go there are out houses to use as well LOL !!! If you need a nice lot to rent or a get away this is perfect and right outside of sandusky and Port Clinton. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and will be back!! Thank you!”

“Really great place for couples, the location is amazing. The beach cabana service is really top notch. We did the direct ocean view with two balconies and it was unbelievable that we got to wake up to this view every day. Bongos restaurant was great, the live entertainment was also chill and nice to listen to when eating at Bongos at night. Everything was great for my first time to St. Pete Beach, would definitely go back to the Bellwether. The only minor complaint is the parking lot, no one parks straight and some cars even overlap on the lines. Also the floors could use a better mopping/sweeping between guests. There were some strands of hairs that didn't belong to us but everything else was good.”

“Our stay at the lodge was very nice. Great scenery. Had a game room and a little bit of everything! We definitely enjoyed ourselves! We would have liked to sit out on the balcony. There were way to many wasps. I didn't think to bring bug spray. Besides few minor updates, I think this is a great place! Very nice get away!! So peaceful!”

“Excellent and very pleasant place! The cleanliness, order and excellent condition of its furniture make it one of the best options in the Valley but above all that it is 200 meters from the Santo Tomás wineries, you do not need to pay extra parking... it will be my first choice from now on”

“We've stayed here twice and it's not bad. It's very close to the casino and you can walk across the street to the Inn where there's shuttle service to and from the casino. We noticed a funky smell in the lobby on our recent stay but our room was clean and decent. They let you know at check in that if you're not out of the room by 11am the next day, they'll charge you for another day (which is a little extreme) and they mean it. 10 minutes before 11am they'll start blowing you up on the phone to make you get the hell out (which is over the top). I haven't really had that experience before except for here.”

“I dont know why it is only a 3 star hotel. This place is a very nice, and very quiet, and the staff is very nice. The only problem is that the rent is not what is advertised, but, i paid the extra $$$ with no complaints. This hotel is awesome. Very worth it. I suggest stopping in.”

“Aaron’s is a wonderful spot hosted by wonderful people. Quiet, spacious, and well-located just 5-10 minutes’ drive from the heart of NOTL and with breweries, wineries, restaurants, and trails all within walking distance. I’ve always had fun coming out here and nice place to come unwind from the city and see the beautiful fluffy clouds pass by. I miss it here so much!”
