“We were there the last 2 days and had a great stay. I would highly recommend both the bed and breakfast and also the restaurant. Our room was lovely very nice decorated. Yes the bathroom is small, didn’t bother us at all. It was very hot and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Check in was easy, very nice woman upon arrival and we were in our room in under 5 minutes. Yes it is a Continental breakfast, not cooked to order. We did find a wonderful breakfast place that our server recommended to us called Alexis and it is 5 minutes from the Gregory house and it was wonderful. We had dinner at the Gregory house last night and it was superb. The wood fire Pizza is amazing. Cheesecake for dessert was yummy. If you stay at the B&B make sure to enjoy dinner there as well. All in all I highly recommend and would surely return if we are in the area again. Thanks!!!”

From the beginning process of the application and moving in the office staff ( Frances and Kathy) have always been friendly and professional. They even provided a welcome packet with household items when I first moved in. Anytime I needed something fixed for the apartment, they would have someone over immediately. They keep the laundry room spotless and the grounds. Area is very quiet and safe.”

“Boca was a great experience! We stayed at site 16. It had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, perfect distance from the bathroom, and an amazing spot for stargazing! It’s close to the highway, about 5-7 mins. I didn’t have much phone service at the sight with Verizon, but my partner did with AT&T. I definitely recommend for a quick getaway or family vacation!”

“The Hidden Serenity B&B is a hidden gem. Our hosts Chris and Sally were so friendly, well versed in the area and just a delightful couple that really enjoyed sharing their home. They were flexible and adaptable to our needs including special parking accommodations for our motorcycle trailer. We had everything we needed from delicious home made breakfast, including Maple Syrup they made from the trees in their woods to massages, a beautiful spa area, pickle ball court and walking trails in their woods. Our room was clean spacious and well appointed—we lacked for nothing. We highly recommend and we’ll return for a future visit!”

The manager was great, we were greeted as soon as we arrived at the property and taken right up to our room and felt very welcome. The restaurant that was attached was not open at the time we were here. We also had a very quiet stay. We really felt like we had the place to ourselves. “The pool is a delight and although outside it was 111° the room was cool and comfy. The location is perfect and they were animal friendly so having my little 15 year old toothless dog with me there was a dream. It was a great stay. The only thing I'd say is as a woman traveling alone, after 11pm they shut all the lights off so it gets pretty dark. Sharing so you're aware and can plan accordingly.”
