The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making it a great natural park to stay in. Full hookups and 50a in every spot! Bonham is about ten minutes away and McKinney is about 25 minutes away.”

“Very Nice, we had a 3 bedroom condo with a pool and a kiddie pool 7 inches to almost 4 feet with lots of water splashing areas for the children to explore their interest. We recieved wrist bands for 20% discounts on many places to eat and also access to the Water parks multiple. We did not go to The Water Mountain Park however we had access with the wrist bands. We did go to the Waterpark next door to our Condo which had a lazy river and adult pool plus the large child poolpark area where kids could play under parents supervision. Amazing day for us all. Very enjoyable! Peaceful and very relaxing for parents and children explored until they wore themselves out on all the available slides and wonderful splashing fun they could find. Also for us it was not crowded during the Week.”

“This is a Charming little bed and breakfast, hidden at the intersection of Market, Church, and 14th Streets. It's barely visible from the street, a single orange door is the entrance. A long stairway leaves you up into the building, which has rooms on the second and third floor. It's a converted old hotel, but it's very clean and cozy. I stayed in a single room with a double bed, it just had a bed, sink, TV and closet. I just needed a place to crash for my stay so it was perfectly acceptable, clean and quiet. Showers and water closets are across the hall, all clean and nicely appointed. And breakfast is served in the kitchen every morning. A nice collection of granolas, fresh fruit, tea, and bread. When I called ahead to tell them that I might be arriving early, they assured me my room was already ready, and I felt very welcomed. Public transit is literally right outside the door. I highly recommend this place as a good spot to crash when you're visiting the city.”

“We have been coming here 2 times a year for about 7 years and it's our favorite place to stay. Feels like home away from home. The office is always very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. You don't need to have a car because everything you may need it in walking distance. But if you have a car there is even more to do within a close or short drive. We have stayed in several units and they all have been quality. We will continue to visit as many times as we can!”

“I stood here two separate occasions and both experiences were wonderful. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. Rooms had a/c , cable t.v, comfortable beds. Some rooms have bathrooms for a little extra. The owner and his wife were so nice and professional. Very welcoming and took care of all our needs during our stay. “For our 34th wedding anniversary my husband and I stayed at Port Gamble Guest Houses (House 1). It was a beachfront home, well equipped and delightfully decorated. We found everything we needed in the house to make us feel welcome. We explored the town of Port Gamble and especially enjoyed the General Store, which was built in 1916. The Hood Canal Bridge is about five minutes from the guest houses and provides access to the Olympic Peninsula where you'll find hiking, fishing, boating, mountain climbing, the Hoh Rain Forest and, ultimately, the Pacific Ocean and the Salish Sea. The Olympic Mountains, strong and bold, can be seen from the bridge, inviting you to explore the area. Our trip refreshed us, filling us with clean air, beautiful pictures, and wonderful memories.”

“We absolutely love Lake Hemet!! We have stayed 3 years in a row with completely unique incredible experiences!! What a treat to go back to our fave site and have the Lake at our doorstep!! Unbelievable how gorgeous and huge the Lake is now!! My Son N Law and Grandson fished all 3 days right at site and we were treated with the best fish dinners!! We are so grateful as the bathroom is so clean and accessible! We have rented boats and really enjoyed our time on the lake- We swam for a while and enjoyed every second ! The water was awesome temp!! Can’t wait to go back soon!!”

“Friendly staff. Always seems to be something "down" when I come. Computers, gates, some system or key card issues. Other then that, Pool is great, Lifeguards. Place is clean and fun. Nothing around though. No restaurants, etc. You got to go in the park to eat. A small "store" in lobby. Rooms are spacious. Cool trails to campground and park. Bottom line, fun relaxing place, pricey for what it is”

“Great value for the price. Cheaper than a Motel 6 or Quality Inn but definitely a better deal. The water took a good 10-15 to heat up, but it did get warm. One side of my bed was painful to sleep on, but the the other side felt comfy as a cloud. The fan unit in my room was broken, but the absence of weather stripping under the door allowed for the fresh air I needed. I didn’t find any sort of dirt, hair, or filth like I’ve seen on my last few cheap motel visits to other places. Other customers in the parking lot seemed nice and I didn’t deal with any tweakers or negative personalities. Owner was friendly and very helpful.”

“My husband has been staying there long term for work, and I joined him for a night. The staff at the front desk (Alisa and Bradley) were friendly and helpful. He had let them know I was coming, and I quickly figured out they knew him by name, and got me a key. Carolyn at the bar also stood out, as she is extremely friendly and attentive. Our room has been recently redone, and we have no complaints. Our two-year-old has plenty of room to play in the room.”
