“Small museum and trail on Kumeyaay site. We got a personalized walk on the trail with a knowledgeable guide and another guide led us through the museum, giving us more info. Great spot to learn about the area's indigenous people. Very friendly guides. Nicely-done displays.”

“Best summer Ive had in years. Great staff, campers, committee. It is a no frills park. ( no laundry facilities, showers are a bit difficult but very clean) Park priced accordingly. Doubt you'll find a better priced park. Lots of planned activities. 10 min drive to town.”

“Such a beautiful park. The leaves are starting to change and wildlife is slowly disappearing due to the cold but the hike was amazing. Sat around this body of water for hours and swung in a hammock. Such a refreshing feeling, view & experience”

“I had a great time playing Roy G for the first time! Heard great things about the course and I was not disappointed at all. The teepads are all nice and good signs as well with big cut stones for benches at every single teepad. This is a monster of a course and requires big shots and tight shots of all directions. I wouldn't advise this course for beginners unless you don't mind throwing +40. *I went with a few local friends and there are a lot of homeless people on holes 16, 17, and 18, but it didn't make the course any less enjoyable. Hopefully the city can get that situation taken care of soon as that did cause there to be a lot of trash along those 3 holes.”

“We always have our U8 soccer practice out here and it's always well maintained and plenty of open space. Only downfall is they only have one pavilion and it's opposite the playgrounds for the kids. Cannot remember if there is a grill there or but if there isn't they need one. As for improvements just add a few more pavilions with grills and move them closer to the play grounds and basketball courts and I'm all in. Just gotta make it happen captain some how 😂.”

“We went during a snow storm. The yurt we stayed at was spacious, beautiful, clean, warm and cozy. Service was great. I was a little worried about the roads, but every morning staff would clear the road. We will definitely return again... next time when there is no snow so we can explore the trails. Definitely recommend.”

“Great fishing here. I fished it when I was in the area to visit my grandma, and I got a huge meal of trout, bluegill, and rock bass along with a nice 16" smallmouth that I released. It's a fish every cast if you know what to do”

“Amazing park right on CSD's main properly. A huge open field with a trail, dog park, public bathrooms, a kid's playground, a toddler's playground, a skatepark, public pool, large gym, batting cages, basketball nets and a full sized designated baseball field all in one spot.”

“Love this trail! We biked the full 66 miles from Liberty Center to Montpelier. ~25 miles are paved, the rest is gravel (rocks, grass, mud) so a mountain or gravel bike is a must if you want to do the whole thing. Love the scenery and change of terrain. The stretch from Wauseon to Montpelier was a bit of a challenge! 💪”

“This park is massive. They have soccer fields, cross country fields, dog park, lake, massive hill that's perfect for cardio and leg/butt workouts! We stopped in for a quick run after our business lunch and it was definitely worth the stop. They also have some wooded trails and so much more. I would definitely recommend this park.”

“The location is excellent! Great walking trails and major stores within walking distance. If you plan to stay for several days, it's best to arrive mid-week to secure a spot and be sure to empty your tank before you get settled. There's a dump station but no campsite sewer hookups. The manager Derek does a fantastic job keeping the place orderly. The “feed the meter” no-reservation, cash-only system takes a minute to understand but it’s fair and works well for the spontaneous travelers.”

“Relaxing and wide open field that is big enough for multiple groups of people to play sports or play fetch with their dogs. Recommend bringing a hat on a sunny day as trees provide shade only on the outskirts of the park.”

“One of NYC's premier Pro-Am basketball leagues is played here from late May to mid-August. Weekday games are at 6 pm. Weekend games start at 10 am, every 2 hours, and the last game starts at 6pm. The pick up games can be very entertaining as well. It's quick entertainment for the passers-by or a basketball fan.”

“Arcadia Trail Park is gra for runner, walkers, soccer, basketball players, tennis 🎾 players, Frisby Players or just bring the kids to play. The Trail extension is vast, practice safety habits! I enjoy walking and as a result lost over 50 lbs walking my first 2 years. Now Grammy's target is 4miles a day! Y”

“Great park. Kids play and enjoy the park very much. It’s a great place for dogs and great community of people with mostly well behaved dogs. No homeless stay here as it’s attached to the schools, not sure how that works, but it’s working very very very very well. I would highly suggest this park to anyone with dogs or kids to enjoy the day at. Fully fenced. The are set up for baseball games and practice a few days during the week but it’s clearly posted and most people stay away to allow the kids to play. Keep up the work at this park as it’s one of very very very few that are not destroyed by homeless.”

“This is a fabulous hike. It's marked rugged but I would call it moderate. It's a bit confusing. There's a leg there's a straight shot perhaps the 1.5 MI marked on the sign. Then at the Louisville Loop, it connects to what might be another 1.5 MI that does circle around. There's sections on the circle that are confusing and branch off to areas of uncertain destination.”

“A much more intimate atmosphere than the other, lower priced competition - Delicious stuffed mushrooms, great salad, warm scrumptious small loaves of bread for 2, and the antree of a mouth watering steak, seasoned mashed potatoes & an awesome sweet potato. Can't wait to go again.... Worth every penny 😉”

“Great hike that’s not too far (from Everett), it’s fairly flat and has lots of beautiful old growth. It ends/loops around by the river which is a nice spot to picnic and enjoy a snack at before hiking back. There were others we passed on the trail but it was not at all busy.”

“If you are a novice, these trails are moderate with climbs. Take a walking stick/hiking pole, bug spray, and watch for exposed roots that can be trip hazards for youngsters. Take a good look at the trail maps because it can be confusing if you are unfamiliar with the area. It is worth taking the red trail if you want to see some beautiful waterfalls.”
