“This is the only storage I could find that allows me to park a vehicle in a parking space on property. I like it they allow you to rent spaces but it is very pricy. Over $200 to rent a parking space. My apartment I'm on a wait list to get a spot. Until I get it I'm having to use the storage. It does seem like the place doesn't want people to rent the spaces long term. They seem to stop after 6 months. Then you have to make a new contract. With it being uncertain on renting a parking spot long term I could only give a 4 star review.”

“Ample available longer term parking available. Download the park mobile app to pay for your spot when you arrive, there is also a pay station near the Amtrak entrance on the right, it’s a small kiosk. To avoid any delays again I’d recommend downloading the app. -1 star because before I came i was quoted at $7/day, upon arrival it was $8. Small difference but wasn’t the same amount quoted to me just 12 hours prior. Other than that, was a nice convenience to have so I didn’t have to uber for $50 from 40 minutes away. Hope this answers some questions.”

“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. I appreciate Royal Parking going above and beyond to resolve this. Chad is a great guy!”
