“Kayla helped me recover after two different shoulder surgeries and most recently after an Achilles injury. I was always amazed at how she’d be able to quickly find the spot/tight muscle that was causing the discomfort (since many times it may have been away from the point of pain). “The nurses were friendly, very attentive, and answered all the questions I had about my mother’s condition and medication carefully and so I could understand. They even called the doctor from another floor so I could meet her (when I had arrived to visit just after she had done her rounds - and the doctor came back to speak with me). The facility is clean and bright with beautiful pictures on the walls. The physical therapists are motivating and gentle with my mother and she has really improved since arriving.”

“The food was good and the clerk was courteous, fast, and efficient. The only problem was that there was no coffee in the coffee dispensers. We finally were able to get our coffee after more than a 20 minute wait and after bringing the problem to the staff's attention 3 times. It appeared to me that the reason for the delay was because there were simply not enough people working to take care of the customers and the coffee station.”
