“Five out of five stars. I liked everything about this space. Dr. Mason has recovery on lockdown which is fantastic since it's attached to the gym. Great concept. He greeted me himself and went over everything they had. He was very informative about each modality and the benefits. I did cryotherapy for the first time and he walked me through each step. I'm not a fan of cold but it was kind of refreshing and I felt so alive afterwards. I wanted to do it to simulate my metabolism. He also recommended that the cold plunge pool. I need to work myself up to that. I would definitely go back.”

I've never had eyelash extensions before and she was very patient with all my questions. The salon was clean and super cute. And at the end of the appointment, I had these beautiful, natural looking lashes. “Top notch from top to bottom. My wife got a stomach bug and needed fluids and zofran. It was 505 when I called and they close at 6:00. I explain that I have a 2-year-old and that the soonest I could get there would be 5:30. Awesome Rhonda called another nurse to see if she could stay after the on duty had to leave, which they happily agreed to. We arrive and they could not be nicer and more helpful to my wife and toddler. We came to find out that the nurse they called to help out was none other than the owners.
