“Today I finally ended a six month experience with Mi-Box. Back in September, I thought I would have to make a quick move, so I called around and found the best price for the unit I wanted to move my three bedroom house. They were able to deliver the unit before a week was out. The quick move ended up dragging on into December when I was finally able to make my move. Mi-Box came and picked up the unit at my old house in Middletown and delivered it to my new house in Port Jervis. Over the next month and a half, we emptied the unit and made arrangements for pickup. Then we started getting snow storms twice a week. It took an additional 2 weeks before they were able to get the unit. I would have preferred it to have left sooner but I completely understand the weather impact. Even with the hiccup at the end, the folks at Mi-Box delivered a product and service that was everything I had thought it should be. Thank you Mi-Box.”

(No one down here installs them that I could find.) The sales experience was professional and the communication was great. The pick up experience went very well and they explained what needed to be explained. And lastly, their service department really delivered this month. A controller for the bimini top went bad. My son diagnosed the problem and so I called up to MN to see what could be done. They were aware of the problem and had oredred/stocked extras. Only four business days later I received the part in the mail and that solved the problem. They do what they say. I can't ask for anything more.”
