So when executive towing was contracted through progressive they were extremely understanding of the fact that I was already waiting for several hours. After speaking to them and the gentleman who is driving the tow truck they got there 40 minutes before the estimated wait time and was extremely professional. He was fast and very friendly and apologetic for a situation he had no business apologizing for but it comforted me. Their respectful, polite attitudes made me feel safe with their service. They communicated amongst themselves effectively during the move. Lastly, the icing on the cake, nothing occurred that wasn't explained upfront. The order of business and charges were consistent with what I was initially told; no waiting or delays, no hidden costs, no surprise fees, no trumped up penalties. When we showed up it turned out to be a dive and when one of the four sheriff officers on scene investigating a crime advised us not to park there, we were in a bind at 5pm on a Friday night.
