“I'm updating my review based on the overall service I received from this location. I initially visited to have a hitch installed, but the model I needed was not in stock. While I would have appreciated being able to take care of this in 1 trip (it took 3) the location (especially Jessica) and U-Haul management worked to make things right. While the hitch I needed was not easy for them to have shipped, they found a location that had it and expedited it's delivery so I could have my hitch installed ASAP. Initially, I was very irritated and frustrated since it took multiple visits, emails, and phone calls to sort this out, but I appreciate how willing they were to work with me.”

“Jeremy is a wizard. I brought him my car that has a giant dent on the tailgate. I didn’t take any “before” pictures unfortunately but I can assure you that this was no small job. The results were amazing, I really thought I was going to need to replace the entire tailgate. Jeremy assessed it quickly, could do the job right away, and made it an easy and pleasant experience along the way. I’ll be using Jeremy exclusively moving forward.”

“I had been having severe stomach bloating, pain, vomiting and fever which led me to ER at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton. It was determined that my appendix had burst and that I required emergency surgery to save my life. This is where I met Dr. Mahdavi. He was my surgeon. I met him briefly prior to surgery as he explained what was happening, what they were going to do and what to expect. He had a calm bedside manner which I appreciated. After surgery I was able to appreciate what a skilled surgeon he was. I was very sick and very infected and he was able to rid what was left of my burst appendix and infections with a laparoscopic procedure only. He didn't open me up. I was in a lot of pain, on two different antibiotics and in the hospital for 6 days. Dr. Mahdavi would check on me daily and answer any questions to me or my family members. I felt so confident in him and so thankful that he saved my life. I would highly recommend him.”
