“the gentleman who runs this place is fantastic. i have been having financial difficulty in keeping my payments turned in on time every month since my husband of 24 years has passed. he has been so gentle and kind by working with me, not confiscating my belongings, because he certainly could, and auctioning off my unit. He's been so patient he even sent me down and talk to me about maybe moving into a smaller unit which would help me out with the money situation it would be much cheaper.
