She took me on a tour of the property and explained unit pricing and explained the units have alarms on them, for extra security. Love that! AND the facility is climate controlled...Nice feature! I have been checking around on other facilities. This place seems to have fair pricing. However good customer service is important to me and the manager Sue was top notch! I need to pack up soon and make the move to this facility!”

We paid via auto debit and my credit card didn't go through once because it was replaced and I had forgotten to update it with them. Lynn emailed me, no accusations, just a hey please update your card when you have a moment. We had one rent increase in the three years we used them, just one. Most places rent increase every 6 months or more. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage.”
