Great response time and thorough communication clarifying expectations on cost, delivery and needs. Hmmmm???? I chose a unit on the first floor so I don't have to wait for staff to take me up and down the elevator which would be really frustrating. It would be nice if there were a way to access the place after hours. There's nothing particularly special about it; it's storage.”
