A couple of days ago my wife was with me and she loved the place: "It's so friendly and happy!" “I don't shop regularly at Publix, but I do go there regularly for treats. They have the kind of beer that my husband likes and so once in a while I'll run out to get just that, or just a sushi or two on $5 sushi day (Wednesday) for myself and a friend. My son always wants a ham sub and a chocolate milk from there so I'll get that for him if he's around. We all have our vices. 🤷🏼♀️👨👩👦🍱🍺🥖🥤 The staff is always very polite and helpful and the store is always clean. Once, I bought beer and the cardboard package was soft from it being cold and the condensation compromising the integrity of the box... I paid for it and carried it all the way out to my car just for the box to rip and fall, breaking several bottles and creating a stream of beer through the parking lot. I felt awful about it but figured I should tell someone so they didn't have a smelly sticky mess that they didn't know about... So I went back in and told them and not only were they really nice about cleaning it up, they gave me another case of beer to replace it. I definitely thought that was on me and I was going to have to buy another. They're great. ❤️”

“I’ve been shopping here for two years. They have the organic and gluten free products I need at great prices. Lately though the employees are super rude at the 10 items or less checkout area. They don’t even say hello or act friendly. One clerk literally never looked at me or said a word during our transaction. I get that face masks make it hard to talk, but it isn’t that hard to say hello at a minimum. Many clerks are talking with co workers instead of acknowledging the customers. I’ve seen it happen a lot. I find Trader Jo’s employees to be so nice and on top of their game.”

“This place is a hidden gem!!! A must if you are in the area! Authentic Mexican food. Lots of flavor. House made chips and salsa served with your order. The salsa is HOT but also very flavorful! Service was great. I asked my server to recommend a dish and she recommended the Taco Billia?? Not sure if that is correct. But ask for it! Barbacoa onions cilantro and cheese. You can taste the love in this food! Will definitely be back any chance I get! Oh and there is a store attached as well. I hear the fresh pastries are amazing as well. I’ll stop there next!”

I gotten woken up very early several times last night and was pretty fatigued. I hope you have a blessed day. As soon as I heard you speak I knew you were a good person with a good heart. I appreciate the organic food options here. Some people are more particular about organic fruits and not wanting them to get too much cross contamination by touching other surfaces too much. Also I guess I am a bit more particular because I have pretty limited options for washing my fruit at them moment considering I am basically traveling / living out of a Sprinter Van. I suppose I need to haul in more water so that I can do a better job of cleaning my own produce and not acting like a grouch. I really do appreciate Publix having organic options and not having toxic chemicals / scents lingering in their restrooms (some health food stores are far worse) God Bless. I don’t want to give to much personal information. However I’m dealing with Lyme disease and several other health conditions that have put me under a lot of pain and stress. I really don’t want to seem ungrateful to the folks trying to help me stay healthy. Please pray for me if you believe in such things.”
