“I learned to fly there 33 years ago and have been flying general aviation, experimental, and Ultra Lights ever since. It's a 2200 foot Runway about 50 ft wide asphalt and if you learn to fly there it's no challenge although people who learn to fly at larger airports are somewhat intimidated by this at first. Night Landings can be a challenge in a high-performance aircraft because of the trees on the North End of the runway and they need to come in kind of high so you have to plan accordingly. Since it's probably the cheapest place in Ohio to learn to fly there is a lot of Student Activity.”

“One of the best flight schools with the best flight instructors around. Mitch was my instructor and the way he presented the information for Multi-engine flying was perfect for my learning style. Everything was in bite size pieces and comprehendible. If I would make a mistake he would let me fix it to actually learn. Prices are the best out of the 5 different states I checked also. But, I would definitely pay more just to go here and train with these people. Beyond that plane was in good shape with great instruments and maintenance were on top of their game. Very pleased! We had an absolute great experience. The school is very professional and great to get us on their schedule for this adventure. Highly, highly recommend. “While I was in AZ for work near Sierra Vista I wanted to rent a plane to fly on the weekends. Roy had the best prices around and he was able to point me in the right direction to find a CFI to show me the ropes of a single engine piston. I have more time with turboprop multi engines than piston single engines. I flew with Bret who came as a recommendation from Roy. Bret got me in a plane and showed me the things I needed to know to operate the plane safely. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area and wanting to fly a SE piston. One of the best places I’ve rented a plane from and have zero complaints.”

“There is NO PLACE to park! You need to park on Rt 70 and on a slanted shoulder. It was a little dangerous getting out of the drivers side. That is why it lost a star. But once in there, the path was wide and easy to hike. The university has cleared an area of nice trees to plant pines for profit. The trail is not a loop, only one trail in and out.”
