“All I can say is wow wow wow! I absolutely love Gale the groomer and all the staff! She does such a great job with our Pistachio. He is not a common breed for the south (Samoyed) and she takes such great care of him. They need to be handled with care. Cannot be shaved or anything like that...He loves going to see her and she loves him! They always say he was such a joy to have for the day every time I pick him up. “Our dog ate a AA battery from a Christmas decoration the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. ????????♀️ Our regular vet was closed and so we took Bess to Allure. We had an excellent experience! We were met at the door and Bess was whisked off for care. The staff was professional, compassionate and truly cared about Bess and me. The facility was spotless. I was offered something to drink from their full snack bar. They kept me informed regarding Bess and talked with me regarding tests and medications she needed. The front desk staff kept a look out for my husband who was on his way and escorted him back to see me. They treated us like family. We HIGHLY recommend Allure! Bess is doing great! ????????”

“I’ve been going to the Sun Lakes Animal Clinic with my kitty Bree for nearly 2 years; since I moved to AZ. I am very pleased with the kindness of all staff to me and my little kitty girl. The doctor her is wonderful with her knowledge and being down to earth and kind also. A little Bombay parlor panther cat showed up at my back door before Thanksgiving. After trying to find the owner and coming up empty, I decided to adopt her. At the Sun Lake Animal Clinic she was scanned by the tech assistant and the doctor to try to find a chip to no avail. With that conclusion she got her shots. It got a little more involved when a stool sample came back with a parasite. Currently treating her for that. This veterinarian is working with me every step of the way to get my new kitty healthy. Communication is very good by this Clinic which has been very helpful keeping my worries at a minimum. Soon to have a healthy cat.”

“I am so unbelievably thankful for Dr. Lim and her staff. I have been taking my mastiff and Great Dane here since they were puppies and I have been nothing but impressed. My dogs absolutely love every staff member. Dr. Lim really takes her time to make sure she gets to know your pets, and never leaves a stone unturned. I am the most obsessive dog mom, and she is up to my standards for my puppies. They offer all treatment options and prices and never pressures you if you cannot afford it. “We have two guinea pigs and a hamster that go to the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital and they have been amazing! We have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, we are seen promptly and taken care of very well. I have always received top notch medical advise, which is extremely hard to find for these small animals. I loved that they asked us questions about their cage and what they were fed because it shows that they care about each patient having good husbandry with their pets. When I wasn't doing something correctly they gently advised of a better way. It is quite a drive for us to go here, but we will gladly make the trek with how knowledgeable and kind they are with us and our beloved fur babies.”

“I took my 13 week old puppy there for boarding. It was one of the few places that would take a puppy so young. Before I dropped him off my husband I toured the facility which was very clean. I was a little nervous leaving my puppy in a strange/new environment but I must say I (and my dog) couldn't be happier. There are several attentive staff members working during a given time. They have radios to talk to one another between different sides of the property. Not once did a see a staff member using their cell phone. Not that cell phones are bad. It's just another way that made me feel like these people are totally engaged in their work. Price: They have different packages but I chose the middle of the road which was $45/day. This includes indoor/outdoor group play, overnight boarding and if you stay 3+ nights they will give your dog a bath. All and all I can say I'm very happy with Deer Creek.”

“We have all our pets taken care of there. Everyone we deal with is the absolute best! From the receptionists, the techs and the doctors, everyone is caring and compassionate. We just had to put our beloved dog Dusty down and Dr. Peters was as kind and caring as could be. Last week Dr. Wynecoup saw Dusty and she too was as kind and as caring as could be. Today, during Dusty's final moments on earth, Dr. Peter's could not have been more compassionate, nor could Diane and Cheryl and everyone else who helped. Everyone there really truly cares about the pets and their owners. I cannot imagine a finer veterinary place in the world!”
