“I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment given to our dog Polly. I came in with Polly at 6:30 am Wednesday morning due to respiratory distress and she was taken immediately. Polly's x-rays showed an enlarged heart, heart murmur, heart disease and fluid in her lungs. All of this was shown to me by the doctor and it was very noticeable. I ended up having to leave her for 24 hours in their care. I was extremely devastated but knew it was in her best interest. We came back Wednesday evening to visit, as we were told we could visit any time. We were able to visit with Polly and she was in an oxygen kennel. I was amazed by how much better she looked, she was breathing better and peppy!! The same doctor came back to talk with us and see if we had any questions. We were able to pick up Polly Thursday morning and she is doing incredibly well. Polly is almost 14 years old and considering her age, she recovered very quickly. I read so many reviews about the price being too high, and all I can say is, having my baby back is priceless! This is a 24 hour emergency animal hospital, fully staffed and had I waited until morning for my vet (pending I could get in), I dont think Polly would be here. I am extremely grateful for the love and care of VCA to my fur baby!! Thank you!!!”

“My pups and I were not patients until today. Our senior pup suddenly was having some issues that were very concerning. We just moved to the area and didn't like the first vet we went to for their annuals. We called Plaza pet clinic this morning to see if they could see our boy today. They got us an appointment in the morning with no hesitation. We ended up having to say goodbye to our baby which was so difficult. Dr. Papier made every accommodation to ease our pain as well as our pups. She was beyond outstanding, caring, understanding and compassionate. I would recommend this office to anyone in search of the most humane vet.”
