A stray 4-5 week old sick kitten wandered in my yard & after calling other local vets who could only see us in a week, Bethel Animal Clinic scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were seen immediately with no waiting room time upon our arrival & were given a full hour of care, with numerous follow-up phone calls from the vet to check on the kittens progress. Straight forward explanation of treatment and generously answered all my questions and prepared me for the worst case scenario. The kitten most likely wouldn’t have survived had I waited for the other vets to see us.”

“I needed a pet sitter since I was going out of town for Thansgiving, and did a Google Search to find BeLoved. Susan, the owner, is super responsive and answered all of my questions and got me signed up, even with my nontraditional hours. The sitter took pictures of my kitties and sent them to me, setting my mind at ease during my vacation. The portal and app are easy to use, which makes scheduling and payments easy. In fact, when I scheduled my Christmas trip, I immediately scheduled BeLoved to take care of my kitties again because I knew they'd be in good hands. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to because of worrying about my pets' well-being, but that's not going to be a future problem unless they go out of business. “Our standard wirehair champion dachshund went down in her back Sunday of this week. Our vet here in Kerrville advised me to take her to Mission Vet to the neurosurgeon, Dr. Jocelyn Cooper. Their receptionists, their vet techs, their intern,Dr. Russell, and the neurosurgeon, Dr. Cooper, were AWESOME. The diagnosis was not her back, but meningitis...an infection of the spinal cord. Their quick diagnosis, their response to medication, and their knowledge of how to care for our valuable little girl saved her life. "Patty" is not just a pet but an integral part of our breeding program of champion and Best in Show winning dachshunds. We are so pleased to know that there are quality vets, such as these, in our area. These are vets that are knowledgeable and wise, they are not just vets who do spays, neuters, and vaccinations. They care and are concerned for the well being of all their patients. I am so thankful that there are veterinarians who have chosen to specialize and help our four legged friends. In our dog world, specialists are much needed. We count on them for special tests, genetic testing, and then situations like this. We need vets who will go the extra mile for us and our animals. The clinic was immaculate, even though there was construction occurring, and the atmosphere was equal. I will definitely be back, hopefully, for nothing as serious. But I rest in the assurance that my animal will be taken care well.”

“Very well trained and informative staff. Lots of love and care for the kindness and we'll being of animals. Took my Jack Russell in for a hematoma in her ear. Not only did they address that problem with corrective surgery they are also trying to help her with allergies so that she can love a better life. “Another awesome experience at Countryside Animal Hospital. I went there for a check up for one of my dogs and brought my second one to teach her its not a scary place. My vet, Dr. Widener, was able to sit down and talk to me about specific medications for my dog and also they were able to do blood tests on both even though I only scheduled one appointment. Dr. Widener is absolutely wonderful and is so caring to my animals. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. One of my dogs is very vocal and excited and the staff thankfully never gets mad at us. I am so grateful for this place and won't take my four animals anywhere else.”
