“I love Dr. Doyle. What sets him apart from the very average vets out there these days is he doesn't upsell or suggest unnecessary procedures and tests. He doesn't veil veterinary medicine in mystery or secrecy. Every appointment we've had, Dr. Doyle educates and in layman's terms. No mystery, and I personally, like getting this information. He can be somewhat gruff, so when he's on a subject that he's passionate about, it can be quite entertaining. I've read some reviews where the reviewer didn't appreciate this quality. I guess if you are thin-skinned, you might not understand. I have been bled by several other vets and Dr. Doyle does not participate in that type of practice. If you bleed the human, you are essentially stealing from the pet (and the human). These newer vets play a huge role in the shelters bursting at the seams.”

“I would like to thank Dr. Hyatt and his team for preforming, what was for us, a Christmas miracle on our fur baby Jude. He needed emergency surgery but because we’d never been in an emergency situation such as this, being told by multiple professionals that the only way to save our dog was by first paying thousands of dollars left me in a tearful panic. Dr. Hyatt and his crew offered to preform surgery not only for an affordable price, but after hours, with in an hour or so of meeting our boy. “We were unable to get our cat into our regular vet on a Saturday, and the vet hospital they recommended was ridiculously expensive. Southport Pet Hospital graciously squeezed us in and WOW. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. Vet tech, Charlotte, was kind, gentle and still efficient with our cat who didn't have a broken leg, but an infected cat bite. We will be switching vets!!!”
