She did all she could to make them feel comfortable and at home and kept in touch with us throughout their stay with lots of great photos so we knew how well they were. We are so pleased to have found this place. Gave us so much peace of mind so we could relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about our cats. Reception staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble to ask. Parking was not an issue. Glad I chose to register at Forest vets, great experience so far.”

“It was for the worst reason I had to visit The Oak vets. My beloved dog had to be put to sleep as he was very sick, but I have to give the staff their due, they were incredibly caring and sensitive. They didn't rush us at all, and my dog was treated with the utmost dignity right til the very end. We were allowed to spend as much time with him to say our goodbyes as we wanted, and the vet explained everything that would happen very thoroughly to us. They even sent us a lovely sympathy card a few days later. Thank you Oak staff, you were amazing.”

“We have used All Seasons for several years now for our boy and he is very happy there. Accommodations are a bedroom and playroom which looks over lovely landscaped gardens almost rural which he enjoys after the city outlook.The staff are very kind to the cats and obviously love them. He always looks so well when we return to collect him we need to do a double take that he's actually our cat. I would recommend All Seasons with no hesitation whatsoever especially after terrible experiences we have had with catteries we previously used.”

Susie knows all her clients and their horses histories and will advise what is right for the situation even when it's a hard decision to make. She will explain everything so you understand what is happening and can make informed decision as to how to treat. “My cat checked in here for the first time in September after never being in cattery before. Obviously I was apprehensive and so was my cat but I need not have worried. Ann made me and my cat feel totally at ease. The suites are gorgeous! Very clean, spacious, and a bit of pure luxury kitty heaven. I was able to go and enjoy my holiday knowing my cat was being pampered more than me! I won't go anywhere else now. So much So, for our holiday in January my cat is booked to stay again! Very happy I found this place and would recommend to all cat lovers!”
