“I visited the dream lodge in Ely last month and I had the most wonderful time. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The customer service was good and if we needed information we could call the people we had contact details for. We had to call once in order ro get some help and the lady was very quick and efficient with helping us. The lodge was clean, cozy and ultra relaxing. It had everything you needed in order to feel comfortable. I would have liked to check in earlier without extra cost as you would at a normal hotel. Other than that the stay was PERFECT ????”

“We were having difficulty having our claim accepted and contacted Auctoritas Solutions Limited, they visited us agreed we should have a valid claim and made an appointment with the loss adjuster who was looking after the claim. Following the meeting the claim was accepted and the costs involved supplied by one of their contractors agreed. Strip out works and drying machines were done the next day as Auctoritas had found us somewhere else to live. Our house was put back just the way we wanted with a minimum of fuss or bother and we can’t recommend using Auctoritas strongly enough as without them we wonder if the claim would have progressed at all.
