I transferred my care to Gilbert Family Birth Center after having a bad experience with a midwife group in my area and I am extremely glad that I found them. Karin, Melissa and the entire team at the birth center are a blessing to midwifery care. I could not have asked for better prenatal care or a better birth experience, especially as I was a first time mom. I will most certainly be going to them again when the time comes for me to have my second child. “First I called and was greeted by such a wonderful pleasant lady. I had alot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. I ended up joining their membership club because of how much I loved my experience. I can not wait to go back. Please please go check them out you will fall in love. These ladies are amazing.
