Needed a crank replacement. One of my pedals were falling off. Bike Zone did a quick assessment and recommendation. They offered me a choice of products for replacement. No hard sales push. Completed my repairs in (2) two hours! The price of the products on hand were very good & reasonable.
Those other bike shops, and I have been to a few.
