(January 13, 2019, 3:39 pm)I found this viewpoint randomly after not finding parking at a nearby trail. I was not underwhelmed! Phoenix city viewpoint offers a stunning view of downtown, as well as a variety of hiking trails. Trail 8 includes an easy 1-2 mile loop if you start at the overlook. Be sure not to park in the no parking zones on the hill. They are clearly marked.
