I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. He went through the entire amp, fixed the reverb, stopped the distortion and crackling sound, and upgraded a couple of the inputs for better sound with guitar and bass.
