“We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown recently. This was our second stay at this hotel in the last few years. The previous visit was very good with one exception -- the quality and service of the breakfast service. Well, I'll tell you now that has been corrected -- and corrected very well! Kudos to the management for offering what is now a very good and tasty breakfast service in the hotel. However, what about the rest of our stay? Ah, yes, just ideal. First, the location of the hotel in The Professional Building provides a natural setting of class, traditional architecture, and a posh environment. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed on the 12th floor. Great views, by the way. Besides breakfast, we visited the bar the evening prior for snacks and drinks. Great service and flavors all around. Overall, this is one of the best Hilton Garden Inn hotels I've had the pleasure to visit. We'll definitely return as it's well worth the visit - and to enjoy the great downtown Phoenix scene!”

“Cactus cove is a trailer park tucked in the neighborhood of W Melvin St. It is an eclectic mix of new & old, different types of trailers, as well as apt, and houses. For the area this little community is quite & it is very well taken care of. The people are nice & for the most part stick to themselves. The owner comes across stern and exteremly picky about things, likes to be in control, has cameras all around the area, and basically knows everything that goes on in the park. This isn't a bad thing at all, being in that area she has a great responsibility of her family and the tenants that live there. The owner & her family are hard workers they actually build the trailers, the newer ones. The owner will work with you on deposits and rent as long as you show good faith & don't take advantage of it, overall they are very accommodating. This place does take SO but again that is left up to the owner to determine who will move in. The trailers have swamp coolers, the are clean inside, some have natural gas the others have propane. If you have a AC window unit just let the owner know and they will put it in for you. This is a good place to live if you need something quick or Temporary. I would recommend to a friend.”

Also, parking is very limited. Multiple hotels share the same lot making finding a space late at night difficult. I would stay here again.”

“Last week we came to stay at this Residence Inn on Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, because we had stayed there 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience. And it was a wonderful experience this time as well! Erica, the General Manager, and her staff, Marilee and Amanda, were all exceptional! Every single employee was so nice! I had a slight medical emergency and Erica and Amanda were both so attentive and helpful and provided me with what I needed to find the closest urgent care. The room was beautiful and very clean! Hands down the best hotel stay we've had! This is our favorite hotel in Florida and we will be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!”

“The condos at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs are in a great location and we found it easy to get around the entire Phoenix area from this location. The pools and spas were clean and we spent most afternoons in the water. The full time residents at the condos were friendly and we enjoyed their company around the pool each afternoon. Steve made the check-in process easy and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The one bedroom unit was the perfect size for my wife and I during our eight day stay. The unit had everything we needed. The only downside to our stay, which is no fault of Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, was the young neighbor in the unit above where we stayed. More than once we’d hear her loudly talking on the phone, often yelling, at whoever she was talking to. She has two smaller dogs and she was gone during the day. In the late afternoon the two dogs would start barking and would continue barking until she came home that evening. Luckily we went to the pool most afternoons so we got away from the dogs barking. Don’t get me wrong, I like dogs but not when they constantly bark. Not sure if this is something that can be addressed with the HOA, but it should be. We enjoyed our stay and would go through Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs to book a condo on our next visit to Phoenix but would book a different unit due to the overhead noise. Since this rating if for Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, I’m giving them five stars as they were great to work with but if this rating was for the actual unit, I’d give 3 or 4 stars due to the barking dogs.”

“Through the combination of a miscommunication with a medical provider and my change of address to another state, a very small medical bill was turned over to DFS for collection and resulted in my credit score dropping significantly. After a few quick conversations and emails with DFS and actions on both our parts the issue was taken care of, and my score returned to where it was. Both Martin and Sam were professional, listened to my perspective, and together the issue was quickly resolved. Most everything you hear about collection agencies is negative and my experience with these guys was the complete opposite. They want to resolve the debt as much as you do and if you treat them with respect, they will do the same. The people at DFS have a tough job. Thank you for a great experience.”
