“Had our cabinets in the kitchen replaced. Interviewed other businesses but Cesar was the most professional and understanding. He didn’t try to up-sell me and provided me with recommendations based on our budget and needs. From the time he accepted the job, Cesar maintained constant communication, had the measurements, and the cabinets installed in about a week which was fantastic. He did all the work and provided the material of our choice. The plumbing came at an extra charge but it was well worth the hassle. The quality and the craftsmanship is superior to most other jobs I’ve seen. We will be contracting him to renovate our bathroom sinks.”

“I was new to Phoenix and pulled into the parking lot of this autozone to check my oil because the light came on and my AC suddenly went out when it was 115°. This really nice employee (I think his name was Doug) was outside and asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong and he said it didn’t have to do with the oil and that is was most likely my cabin air filter. I had no clue what that was so he told me how to access it and went inside and got me a new one. He changed it out for me and my AC started working perfectly. He was super kind and I’m really grateful for his help.”

Following him around all of phoenix because he's the only tire guy that has been up front and honest since day one. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always finds a way to fit me in with my busy schedule. I have realized it is not just me. Every customer I watched him work with are extremely pleased with his service. Today I came in unannounced due to a large chunk out of a tire. Figured out a way to get me home and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Went over the paper work and warranty of the new tires. This is how customer service is done. That man needs a raise! Kudos to Discount Tire for their excellent employees.”
