“Wonderful experience! After my beloved truck and camper very suddenly died in Texas, I came to look for a higher quality RV in Phoenix. I was certainly inexperienced in looking for RVs, and had looked at a few locations before I happened to stop in here to look at a 2019 Conquest. The deal I got was fantastic for a brand new RV with all the bells and whistles a hardcore camper could want! Shawn was helpful and respectful in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns, and was easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process- he even came in on his day off to fit me in quickly to test drive it! When I had made my purchase they had Terry, one of their mechanics, come in and show me how everything worked. His explanations were thorough but concise and easy to follow, especially for a beginner with little experience, and he even allowed me to record his explanations on video for future reference. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and kind. The shop itself is quaint and has a very personal feeling to it from the adorable old western style decor to the service. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and for anyone looking to buy an RV in the area, I’d absolutely recommend coming by the Little Dealer- hell, even if you’re from outside of the area, it’s worth a trip for the deals, wide stock, and customer service alone!”

They were able to make regular repairs, some tricky fixes including rebuilding parts, and even help me figure out quirks that have frustrated me for years and years. I was impressed with David's detective skills. They also helped me find parts, including vintage looking tires, and ran my car to another shop to have them installed. In the end my car looked great and ran great and I felt more like I had a friend taking care of me than just a car repair shop.”

I work on a college campus and it's a bit of a walk from the office to the parking lot - I don't mind, but Mike insisted on giving me a ride to my office while he replaced my windshield. THEN, they also picked me up and took me back to my car once the replacement was done. It took less than an hour, they were not as expensive as other options and they were so nice! “Midas in Grafton is truly a needle in a haystack. We moved to Grafton a few years ago and quickly realized that we were a long way from Dealerships that service the brands of vehicles that my wife and I own (Hyundai and Toyota). The best thing about this particular Midas franchise is that they really do treat you like family; they always remember your name and will go above and beyond to help you out. The other thing is that they are honest - period. Most people know when they are being ripped-off (or at least I do), and its just not in their nature to do so at this Midas. When a shop is honest and treat you well, you tend to stick with them - and I'm a loyal customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
