“My wife and I loved working with Kevin for our home purchase. We moved to Arizona in 2020 and rented until we found an area for buying a home. After choosing the Ahwatukee Foothills area, we started to attend open houses. We toured about 3 dozen houses on our own - talking with all the open house agents. Kevin Houston stood out to us as an honest, knowledgeable agent. Although we didn't offer on his listing, we remembered his name and kept his card. We did some research for his reviews and referrals. We found a home we wanted to tour and called Kevin to get to know him better as a buyer's agent and he told us how we would work together - and his over 20 years experience in the Ahwatukee area. He had his wife hook us into listings that met our criteria, and those were texted to us daily. Kevin told us the best way for how to reach him or his team - and he was always in communication with us. We found a home newly listed that was a little higher in size and price than we originally told Kevin, but he got us in to tour it within hours. He told us about the area, his thoughts on the price and the work to be done on the home. We made an offer and Kevin was on top of it getting it accepted. He then opened his referral network and lined us up with choices for inspectors, general contractors, anything we asked. We closed in 3 weeks and love our home - even as we remodel it (using Kevin's network for different work) and we in turn shared some resources we found so Kevin can add to his network. Kevin even solved a literal last minute HOA issue on the day of the closing that came in after papers were signed and the deposit was wired. “I had no bad experiences at all with Acquire Realty or Mark Rivers!! I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Mark Rivers worked with me to find the house that fit my budget and which I always wanted and he surprised me very well! I loved the house I rented for almost 8 years from Acquire Realty through Mark Rivers and I wish I never ever, ever moved out of it!! A month after I moved out I realized I had made a very BIG mistake moving out of the property. Finding a good landlord, house, and neighborhood can very hard to find. I so much miss the house and Acquire Realty! I am praying I could find the two, again! Mark Rivers was the best! Mark Rivers was always very helpful, nice, patient, polite, informing, and professional! Acquire Realty and Mark made getting and living in my house very pleasant and worth it!! I never really had to visit the office because I was always able to contact Mark or Acquire easily, if needed. The few maintenance calls were promptly acknowledged and resolved day of call. Also, the very few times I did visit the office I noted the office staff always acknowledged me, were very nice, and would ask if I need any help. No problems with Edna G.. I always had funny and enlightening conversations with Edna G. and she was helpful, as well! If I spoke to her today I know my regret, it would be something to really talk about. The repair men always were nice, cleaned up, and respectful, as well. I loved the house, and this management company. Like I said before I really wish I had never ever moved. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“I took a tour of this community back in September with Katie. Katie was very knowledgeable about the property and even the area surrounding Mesa. Katie suggested several different hiking trails to explore and even gave me a brief history on Arizona and its surrounding nature! She showed me several different options and floor plans that would fit my needs best. She even pointed out the dog park and dog washing station, knowing I'd be moving with my dog. I loved that Red Mountain has smart home features. It makes me feel safe. I loved the clubhouse, they host several resident activities a month and the staff is always extremely helpful!”
