Super low pressure, very upfront, patient, empathetic, and overall just a great buying experience. Emily in particular was great in responding to repeated text messages about super small detail questions, and being patient with my bank that required me be a rather annoying customer at times… (sorry, Emily!). Super win also that their shop fixed a couple small things and did a killer detail on the boat to start, then followed up with me after the first boat day to make sure everything went well, which of course it did. I do have to knock a star off for a buyer beware: they're selling Switch Lites for $220 and they retail $199 new. Some controllers are much more expensive then they should be as well.
