“Wonderful experience! After my beloved truck and camper very suddenly died in Texas, I came to look for a higher quality RV in Phoenix. I was certainly inexperienced in looking for RVs, and had looked at a few locations before I happened to stop in here to look at a 2019 Conquest. The deal I got was fantastic for a brand new RV with all the bells and whistles a hardcore camper could want! Shawn was helpful and respectful in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns, and was easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process- he even came in on his day off to fit me in quickly to test drive it! When I had made my purchase they had Terry, one of their mechanics, come in and show me how everything worked. His explanations were thorough but concise and easy to follow, especially for a beginner with little experience, and he even allowed me to record his explanations on video for future reference. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and kind. The shop itself is quaint and has a very personal feeling to it from the adorable old western style decor to the service. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and for anyone looking to buy an RV in the area, I’d absolutely recommend coming by the Little Dealer- hell, even if you’re from outside of the area, it’s worth a trip for the deals, wide stock, and customer service alone!”

“We recently purchased a used (2013) gas Motorcoach from Anthem RV, Sun City location. This is our 2nd purchase from Anthem, we were very happy with our first experience, so when we realized that the TT we first purchased didn’t really fit our needs and lifestyle, we went back to Anthem in search of the Class A and found just what we wanted. Again, an outstanding experience. Our salesman for both purchases was John Kaiser, Outstanding! Personable, knowledgable and most helpful. Martin Olson, Manager of the Sun City store, also personable and professional - the “deal” was not pushed on us, but was easily & mutually agreeable. There were several items to be maintained and repaired on the 7-year old coach- but we closed within 7 days at the N.Phoenix location with Phil Olson, the business owner. Phil is great to work with and went over all the details of the transaction AND he had placed us with an outstanding LOW interest rate - lower than we’d seen advertised (even lower than our credit union!) Needless to way we were happy! All items on the “fix it” list had been fulfilled by Service. Our kudos to Mark, service manager, and his staff. We are 20+ year veterans at RV’ing and know full well there are ALWAYS issues, some big, some small when it comes to RVs. But Anthem, from Sales, to business owner and finance, to Service have stood behind their word and stepped up to take care of the unexpected. We are very happy with our RV and our sales and service experiences with Anthem RV. If you want to do business with a local, family owned dealership and be treated with respect and feel like you are their #1 priority, we recommend Anthem RV.”

I am annoyed someone actually gave her one star, so even though I didn't want my business out there, she deserves better than that and I am 100% willing to vouch for this chick- she's incredible at what she does and I am pretty sure she loves all her clients more than we love ourselves. TOUGH love sometimes, but she's super funny and feisty and I am so glad she has had my back all these years. I have referred at least 10-15 friends and family over to her so she's always full and she doesn't have a receptionist so just a heads up she's worth the wait though.”

“Wow.... This Express Lane oil change at Larry H. Miller is AMAZING.... Ask for Francisco Miranda you WILL NOT be disappointed... Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I called Friday for a Saturday oil change appointment. I was told no appointments were available, they were booked full. She said I could come as a walk in Sat morning and wait, but that it would not be fast, probably a long wait. I arrived and spoke with Francisco, and let me tell you he bent over backwards to get me in as quickly as possible. He was efficient, and juggled multiple customers at the same time while giving each customer his undivided attention and no one waited more than a few minutes. Friendly and professional is an understatement. I would never deal with anyone else! I will return to this dealer location (even though it is not conveniently close to home) just because of Francisco. Thank you for your upstanding customer service today, it was much appreciated.”
