“Me and my husband have been going to pep boys for a very long time. We specifically go there to see Ben only. In the service department. He is the only reason we ever go to pep boys. Not only is he friendly but he is helpful and makes us feel like we are apart of the family there. He gives us the best advice on our vehicles and always checks our cars to make sure their safe before trips out of town. I will not go to any other pep boys or pep boys in general unless Ben is there because he makes us feel special. Oh yeah and I’ll drive a whole hour to this location just to see him”

“Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. “Incredibly happy I found the drivetech auto and truck. They are straight forward and incredibly reasonable. I had a fuel pump assembly go out in my truck and every other shop fed me a line on how I had to use dealer parts... this dealers part is known not to last and other shops refused to use customer supplied parts. Drivetech was understanding of me wanted parts with lifetime warranties and I didnt hear any gruff about bringing my own parts. They finished the work a day earlier than expected. “Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my insurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.”

“These guys were awesome. The staff at the front were very friendly and checked me in right away. My technician Chris walked me out to the car, inspected the damage, and gave me a realistic estimate of a completion time. Everything went smoothly. At check out Chris noted that the new windshield had a smudge on it that he wasn't satisfied with and if I wouldn't mind could I come back in a week or so to replace it for free. No problem. Came back again, put in another windshield, and again everything went perfectly. Great staff, great service, and a big shout out to Chris for being extremely customer experience focused. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”
