“In Gold Canyon, AZ is Clear Choice Flooring. We needed a tile job done ASAP. We stopped here on Thursday and meet Jon the owner a family owned and operated business. In a few hours Jon called and told us we can start the demo on Monday. The tile we picked out was at warehouse and is local in Mesa which saved us time without ordering. Jon stopped each day as the job progressed took pictures for his records. Eddie and his crew started the demo Monday morning and finished our two rooms by Thursday just after lunch. I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs.
