There's a really nice laundry room Shuffle board Pool Hot tub Big patio slabs Clean clean clean huge rv park right off the freeway.. Call ahead and reserve makes it easier for you & staff . I enjoyed tenants Christmas displays & the sunsets i could see from there its close to the (4 sons station) who have wonderful huge pizzas . You can't go wrong here. I'll post the sunsets I caught from there & the buy 1 get 1 pizza i got from next door at 4 sons delicious... order pizza there before 5 tho.. 😉 This is a 55 up park ..I loved this place & the quiet area 😍❤”

“The proprietors are as good looking as they are welcoming! I failed to give them sufficient notice to prepare one of their signature Northern Neck dishes for lunch so they took me for lunch at the car wash. Sadly, we took their car so mine is still dirty. But the fish of the day and she crab soup were delicious. The fresh beet salad (while not everyone’s cup of tea) was fantastic as was the sweet tea. No true southerner can resist him some sweet tea. If you’re ever in the area, give Keith and Natalie a holler. If they hear ya, you’ll get fed or taken ...”

“I’ve lived here for 2 years. It’s been a big transition from my previous home. Just retired and my plans were to sell my place and move out. All this time I’ve lived here I realized I only have a couple of friends or friendly people that actually wave or say Hello. Sometimes we just have to do what makes us happy regardless who thinks what. I love the outdoors and right now in AZ is the place to be. Outside. Two days ago My Honey and I were thinking when we use to sit out on the tailgate of my truck and enjoy the outdoors and watch people drive by. It’s interesting to see how many wave back Him and I got us a beer and set on our tailgate with in minutes our neighbors joined us. We were laughing and having a good time next thing we get an 86 year old gentleman, sharp as ever and with a wonderful sense of humor joined us. Within an hour we had about 14 people enjoying the company and beautiful weather. From this little get together we’ve planned to do this every 2 or 3 weeks at different residence to get to know and enjoy good people I know that it is Better to live in a happier environment then in a place where you feel like you’re walking on eggshells. We’re all Seniors here and we need to Keep living and enjoying life and keep counting our blessings Sincerely Erm”

“AMAZING HUNT WITH ALASKA BUSH ADVENTURES AND LES KRANK! Alaska Bush Adventures provided my son Regan and I with a very successful and unique Moose Hunt. Our last stop on the river near dusk, Les started raking and calling as we walked into the interior bush. Seeing freshly raked trees made us keenly tuned into the sudden return "cow calls". Les doubled us back to the river pronto. as we approached the bank, Les's eyes told me this was it! Huffing and puffing I focused about 150 yards across the river and O.M.G, not one but 4 Moose, Large Bull, Cow, Juvenile Bull and a Calf. I popped my scope, stood and fired my 340 Weatherbe. WHAP! I hit the bull mid section. He just stood there frozen, sunned but not dropping. The bullet went clear through the huge bull. Les said "hit him again"! This time he crumpled and fell into the river. Luckily his 52" horns caught the river bed and stopped him from floating further down river. What a thrill for me and my son Regan. We boated across the river, got a few photos, and tied the big guy off just before nightfall. I have hunted Alaska SEVERAL times. This hut was truly unique remote, scenic and a thrill of a lifetime. Les Krank, his son Ryan Krank, guides and staff really do a great job and made this Moose hunt very SPECIAL! Thank you Les, Jodi, Ryan and Alaska Bush Adventures.”

“Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.”
