“I cracked my I Phone 7 Plus by dropping it in the middle of the street I have been procrastinating for months on fixing it. A quick search online lead me to this place the two gentlemen that I spoke with one over the phone and the other gentleman in person were awesome!! Not only were they nice and knowledgeable and Patient after my Husband picked up my phone for me I was extremely impressed that my damaged cracked screen was no longer damaged but fixed. It’s only been 12 hours but so far so good, I would definitely recommend this place!!”

“This is the best detail I have ever gotten! I recently moved from out of state and my car was the last item for me to clean and get adjusted to Arizona living. Angel was on point with his eye for detail. He worked with Wes, who was such a hard worker and didn’t miss a thing. They used a clay bar which was unique for my car. It got years of grime and road tar off. My car looks better now than when I first purchased it. They were willing to touch up and allowed me to fully inspect before leaving. This is a customer first establishment with high quality work and service. I will be back and now referring my family and friends here.”

“Finding an employee was a bit of a challenge. And their same type and brand yarn was split across the isle which was confusing. A lot of their store brand yarn was out of stock as well and had been for months apparently. Managed to make things work in the end, but they made me work for it. I was able to get my project made though, so wasn't a total loss. Didn't take my coupon or money off though at register. Will come back if nearest option, but if others are available will go to those.”

“My first impression of Crystal Optical upon entering their shop was pleasantly surprising. I was immediately elevated to a state of total relaxation while being greeted by what seemed to be the happiest office staff in the Optometry business. I wanted a thorough eye exam because I hadn't had one for three years and I was having trouble focusing. Dr. Dina is a very nice, friendly bright, knowledgeable individual that reminded me of a girl in chemistry class who sat at our groups project table and was always put in charge due to our confidence in her abilities. Dr. Dina examined my eyes and discovered that my current eye Rx was three times to strong which, along with the curvature of my glasses were adding to my out of focus blurriness. She showed me how I see things with my Rx by settling it in the viewing machine. It was blurry. Then she adjusted it to the Rx prescription she determined for me. Finally, I could see everything perfectly in focus. I believe that this was the best eye exam I've ever had. I'm so glad to have discovered this happy place as I've always felt that first impressions really do make a difference. So, if you can't see the small print, and you too would like a professionally fun filled experience with your eye doctor, Crystal Optical is the place to go for all your eye care needs. “Most important, the staff are so nice. Very polite, patient, and helpful. They were very efficient at getting people in and out quickly that were in a rush; it was impressive! It was my first time here, so I got a classic fave of mine and something fun. I ordered the Nova Lox (my fave), cup of soup, and the Two to Mango smoothie (fun!). Nova Lox was so good! Great ratios for the salmon, onion, lox, tomato, and sour cream. This was probably my favorite item. The soup was chunky, and had so much in it- it was a nice hot, small thing to start with on the cold morning. The smoothie was mango and peach mostly, and it was so yummy! Simple, not too sweet, and a little energizing. I was looking to kill an hour while my car was getting new tires across the street. It was too early in the morning to grab food most places, but I thought a bagel sounded nice. It was a good decision, and I will definitely be returning!”
