“You have two super nice guys who work for your company who, at about 1:30 on a very hot day, stepped up to help my daughter and I jump our truck´s dead battery. I mean, they went above and beyond by pushing my truck back out of my apartment parking space because the cables would not reach their truck; they just would not give up! I am so grateful for them because I was able to drive to Auto Zone for a new battery. So shout out to these young guys. “We had a wonderful in-depth tour of the Excelsior Alchemy manufacturing plant in Tempe. The place was immaculate. (We even had to wear hairnets on the tour!) It was quite evident that their quality controls are very strict with checks and double checks at each step in the process. They certainly proved that they manufacture high quality products. We were also given free samples to try and as an added and much appreciated bonus, we were served lots of free and delicious vegan food!”

During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. “This is a wonderful store for unique finds and I always enjoy wandering the store for hours to admire all their treasures. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. Their customer service is phenomenal and unmatched--I purchased a tile table from them last summer and reached out to them last week when a few of the tiles became discolored for unknown reasons. They offered to pick up the table, repair/replace the tiles, as well as reseal it. Within a few days, the table was returned home in perfect condition and at no extra cost! I am so impressed by their promptness, compassion, and professionalism. I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come!”

“Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”
