“I had my first private session with Josh, and I thought I would not make it through that first day. But before long I became stronger and more flexible than I can ever remember being. I have joined gyms before, but the workouts always grew tiresome. Between the reformers, the chairs, the springboards, and the barre class, there are so many different exercises to do, and no two classes are ever the same. The instructors are all in tune to everyone in class. I have worked out with some people recovering from injuries, as well as with flexible dancers, and the workout is challenging for those at all levels. Some people need their morning coffee, I need my morning IMX Pilates! Thank you Josh and Keri for opening up here in Livermore, and for finding Jessi and Suzanne, who challenge us with every workout.”
