The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable, you can tell they're passionate about what they do. I love their personal approach, they truly teach the body that's in front of them. I've been going to East Bay Pilates for nearly 2 years now. Week after week I'm challenged by their workouts, you never get bored! The studio is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Emeryville.
