“My 1923 craftsman bungalow needed ALL (22) new windows, but I was worried that I would lose the authentic historic charm of the windows added, particularly the windows in a 5 sided bay window. I went in CLUELESS and was lucky enough to encounter Greg who was sooo helpful and very soothing to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, he just really listened to all my concerns and priorities and helped me choose the best windows for my house. Once I had all the details (coatings, screens, type of window etc) picked up, they provided me the names of 2 contractors to get bids from and additionally I had bids from 2 other contractors. The Truitt & White recommended contractor bids were much more complete and professionally done than the other bids and I ended up going with Troy Wilson/Wilson Construction (who were great, see my review of them) and Troy and Greg worked together to finalize the order - exact measurements, last minute changes based on recommendations from Troy. I went with Marvin Premium windows and they are worth every penny - my house still has ALL the historic charm, but better! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. There is a LONG (6+ mos) lead time for the windows + install appointment, but its worth it to wait for the right windows and the right installer. The house is way quieter, warmer and less smelly (no more smoke seeps in) than it was. Thank you Greg for helping me have the best experience!”

“I BEEN GOING TO BLUE CROSS CLINIC FOR 20 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY THERE, THE DOCTOR KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT ANIMALS AND IS VERY SMART TOO. I TOOK MY CAT IN JUST RECENTLY WHEN I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER. THEY HOOKED HER UP TO AN OXYGEN TANK BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T BREATH, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAT. THEY EVEN STAYED THERE AFTER HOURS TO MAKE SURE MY CAT WAS OK, WHEN HE THOUGHT SHE WAS GONER. HE SAVED MY CATS LIFE.
