Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.”

“Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra was recommended by a good friend because my car broke down a few weeks ago and I didn't have the time to take it to a mechanic so I was carpooling with my friend until he got tired and got me their phone number. I have a crazy schedule and they were very accommodating. The guy showed up right on time. He really knew his stuff, and quickly got my car to his truck and dropped it off at the repair shop for a great price. Will keep his number saved just in case!”

“What a wonderful surprise finding these guys. I went to them because of their 5star reviews to have my Tag Heuer watch band repaired. I was told that I would have to leave the watch for a few day so that they could order a part from Tag Heuer. They did not know how much Tag Heuer would charge. I really was hoping that I was not going to have to pay more for the repair than a new band would cost. Anyway, long story short...they found some spare parts that fit and fixed it perfectly...no charge! I sincerely appreciate how courteously and honestly I was treated. Thanks guys!”
