“i am not a gym rat; i love fitness boot camps due to variety of routines and exercises. Scott delivers what I want and need to get fit. I am older now and can’t afford an injury; Scott is a DPT and provides instruction for proper form to prevent injury, integrates cognitive skills (have to pay attention and memorize the routines as he demonstrates the set) and utilizes functional movements for an overall body workout including cardiac each session. I attend the large group classes; 45 minutes long and on the way home. I am not dieting but have lost 11 lbs in 3 months and am keeping it off! That’s a bonus for me; it’s the most effective means of getting fit which is my goal rather than weight loss!”
